After extensive research, reading test reports, watching videos, I ended up at Daheimladen. I liked the start-up company's website and the features of the wallboxes as well as their appearance. A few questions that I asked by email were answered quickly and very friendly. I then decided on the 11KW touch wallbox with 7.5m cable. Every question I had, no matter how "annoying" it was about installation, ordering, warranty, etc., was answered in great detail and in a really super friendly manner. That's not something you can take for granted these days. The delivery was within a few days. The only negative point was 6 missing screws. Since these weren't there, a cover fell on the floor and was unfortunately scratched. Both the screws and a new cover were sent to me free of charge within 2 days. It couldn't be better! The wallbox has now been in use for 2 weeks. My plug-in hybrid looks forward to charging every evening. So far there have been no problems and I'm really impressed. 5 stars to Daheimladen and the whole team!

It couldn't be better! I have two EV chargers from this company. I am even more impressed with the products but with the support. I have been a customer since 2021 and have been in contact with the manufacturer several times about various issues. These boxes are awesome simply because new functions often become available via software at some point. For example, PV surplus charging or the really well-made online portal with remote start function, load management, RFID chips, etc. No matter how good a product is, it only becomes apparent when there are problems. This support is 10000% there for its customers - competent, quickly accessible, solution-oriented, honest. All my questions and problems were solved quickly and competently.
