The DaheimLaden LastManager is installed locally on the DIN rail in the meter cabinet and can take over the EV charger power management independently - an internet connection is not necessary for operation and control.
Up to 18 DaheimLaden EV charger can be connected to a meter panel and operated with a maximum output/maximum charging current of 43kW/63A. Alternatively (or for house connections > 63A), the load manager can be operated with a transformer measurement or with foldable secondary transformer coils. In this case, additional transformer coils with a secondary current of 5A are required (not included in delivery).
For the installation/management of more than 18 EV chargers, additional load managers can be planned and implemented for additional meter fields. The system is thus linearly scalable and combines overload management and PV surplus charging in one device.
- Overload management of up to 18 DaheimLaden wallboxes (Smart & Touch)
- PV surplus charging for up to 18 DaheimLaden wallboxes (including hybrid mode)
- maximum load for direct measurement: 63A
- Installation on the DIN rail (4 units)
- Pure offline operation possible
- With Internet connection, additional use of all DaheimLaden software features
- Connection Cat7 cabling (additional router required)
- Connection & control of EV charger via LAN (no additional control cables required)
- Development & Production - Made in Germany
- personal German-speaking DaheimLaden customer support
- 2-year product warranty
The DaheimLaden load manager can optionally be operated with all common current transformers. Rogowski coils are excluded (since Rogowski coils deliver a voltage at the output and not a current). We have good experience with ABB (CM-CT) and MBS (KBR) current transformers and use these in our product tests and software development. For better measurement accuracy, the use of a current transformer with a secondary current of 5A is recommended.
