Ich habe vor 3 1/2 Jahren eine Wallbox gekauft und hatte seitdem drei Mal Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice. Tolle Erreichbarkeit, aber vor allem direkte, schnelle und kompetente Hilfe. Und dazu auch noch sehr freundlich. Wirklich absolutes Spitzenniveau, das man leider nur selten erlebt. Alleine dafür lohnt sich schon eine Wallbox von DaheimLaden. Von mir eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung. Und ganz lieben Dank für den tollen Service.

Installation ist einfach. Die Beschreibung ist sehr gut. Haben die durch den Elektriker anschließen lassen, ging alles problemlos.

Die bestellte Wallbox wurde sehr schnell geliefert. Eigentlich hatte ich ein preiswerteres Modell bestellt, da dieses aber nicht vorrätig war, bekam ich ein kostenloses Upgrade. Die deutsche Bedienungsanleitung ist sehr verständlich und mit vielen Abbildungen gespickt. Jetzt brauche ich nur noch einen Elektriker, der die Box beim Netzbetreiber bekanntmacht.
