Use the new Click2Charge app

Switching to Click2Charge Software

If you’re currently using the DaheimLaden app, here’s how you can easily transition to our new Click2Charge charging software:


  1. Restart Your DaheimLader: Disconnect your DaheimLader’s power for a few seconds, then reconnect it. This will activate a temporary WiFi hotspot.

  2. Connect to the Wallbox Hotspot:

    • For 10 minutes after the restart, your DaheimLader will broadcast a hotspot named “EVSE-xxxxxxxx.”

    • Find this network in your smartphone or PC’s WiFi settings and connect using the password “12345678.”

  3. Access the Configuration Page:

    • Open a web browser (not the search bar) and type “192.168.4.1” into the address bar.

    • Enter your Wallbox password.

      • Default Password: The last 8 characters of the SN number (if you haven’t changed it).

      • Finding the SN Number:

        • DaheimLader Smart, DaheimLader Touch PRO & Smart PRO: Bottom left of the display.

        • DaheimLader Touch: In the settings on page 3 at the top (Station ID).

      • Tip: Keep the SN number handy to add your Wallbox to the Click2Charge app.

  4. Update the OCPP Server URL:

    • On the configuration page, select “Cloud App & Web” from the left menu.

    • Replace the existing URL in the OCPP Server URL field with:

    • Tap Save.

  5. Download and Set Up Click2Charge:

    • Download Click2Charge from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

    • Follow the provided instructions to add your Wallbox.
