After extensive research, reading test reports, watching videos, I ended up at Daheimladen. I liked the start-up company's website and the features of the wallboxes as well as their appearance. A few questions that I asked by email were answered quickly and very friendly. I then decided on the 11KW touch wallbox with 7.5m cable. Every question I had, no matter how "annoying" it was about installation, ordering, warranty, etc., was answered in great detail and in a really super friendly manner. That's not something you can take for granted these days. The delivery was within a few days. The only negative point was 6 missing screws. Since these weren't there, a cover fell on the floor and was unfortunately scratched. Both the screws and a new cover were sent to me free of charge within 2 days. It couldn't be better! The wallbox has now been in use for 2 weeks. My plug-in hybrid looks forward to charging every evening. So far there have been no problems and I'm really impressed. 5 stars to Daheimladen and the whole team!
